03How do I get my passes?
Visit Get passes, sign in or create an account, select an available pass, and complete your attendee details. Your checkout will show the exact amount before payment. Confirmed tickets appear in My passes.
04Where do I find my ticket and QR code?
Sign in to My passes using the same account you booked with. Once payment is verified, your valid passes include a unique QR code and a downloadable receipt.
05My payment is pending. What should I do?
Open your saved order link or go to My passes to check its current status. Online payments can be resumed from the same order. Manual UPI payments require your transaction reference and screenshot, followed by organizer review. Please check the existing order before starting another payment.
06Can I cancel, get a refund, or transfer my pass?
The organizer’s published terms apply to each booking. Read Terms & policies before purchasing, or contact the organizer with your order reference for help.
07Are there age or entry requirements?
Review the event information, pass details, and booking terms for the current edition before purchasing. For anything not listed, ask the organizer.
